HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All hired items remain at all times the property of the principal hirer. All hired items will be presented in a good condition. All goods must be signed for when delivered and collected. This is the principal hirer or User/Agent carriers responsibility and the signed collection and return notes are the only proof of the hire period.
Damage, other than normal wear and tear, will be chargeable to the user or their agent. Lost items will be charged for at replacement cost.
While every effort is made to meet the sizes and specifications given, individual items may vary due to the nature of the manufacturing process. All sizes quoted in the brochure and price list are nominal and may vary.
Health and Safety
Users are responsible for their own electrical safety and risk assessments which includes use and placement of all items.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Credit card orders will normally be delivered within 5 days of receipt (UK mainland only).
All payments will be taken on receipt of order. All 1st Choice Office Furniture products
come packed for self-assembly unless assembly is requested in writing in which case there
would be an additional charge for this service. Prices and specifications are subject to
change. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
